We manufacture all types of our mattresses according to the dimensions of your caravan or motor home. You can also get visco-foam mattress toppers for rental caravans in any size. This ensures a painless and restful sleep even on vacation! You can also get mattresses for cupboard beds.

How do I get a custom-made product?

For square shapes you make a drawing with exact measurements. For round forms you make a paper template or for the mathematically gifted angle or radius. To do this, it is best to place a large piece of paper or cardboard on your caravan or motor home mattress and draw the contours of the curve. If you live nearby, you are welcome to drop by and we will do it for you. Otherwise, we will gladly advise and help you by phone.

I need a multi-zone mattress, is this also possible?

Of course. In your drawing you only have to indicate the direction of lying in your caravan.

My caravan mattress only has 12 cm and my desired mattress would be higher?

Most caravan mattresses have the cheapest acceptable foam, which means 12 cm standard foam. For those who do not have sleep or back problems, this is fine and we have them in our program. However, if you have back problems, a higher and higher quality mattress is recommended - and in most caravans this is not a problem at all.

I am allergic to house dust. Can I also get encasing for this?

Yes, we produce many encasings in special sizes. Both for simple mattresses and for "bulky" ones, such as for caravans, mobile homes or designer beds.

What kind of mattress cover do I get?

You can choose freely from all our cover fabrics. You can find them here. If you cannot find what you are looking for there, you can choose a cover in cooperation with the Höpke company at www.hoepke.de. We will then order the fabric for you and sew a suitable cover.

As a last alternative we can also offer you to send us the desired fabric and we will manufacture your cover from it.

What does my custom-made cover cost?

What else you have to pay attention to:

Every mattress needs ventilation! Per person you lose about one liter of sweat per night. Since in a caravan usually two people lie on the mattress, two liters of liquid must be aired out during the day. A mattress can do this not only upwards! If you do not have a slatted frame or have replaced it with a board, drill many holes in the board, or tilt the mattress during the day so that air also comes to the mattress from below.

Alternatively, you can also use a spacer fabric (DryWeave) for ventilation. You can also get this from us. If a mattress does not get air underneath, there is a risk of mold growth!
