Hygiene is of the utmost importance when it comes to pets with incontinence. Long-lasting contact with urine can lead to serious diseases. The cover is waterproof which ensures that the foam the cushion is made of does not become contaminated. Disinfectant can be used to wipe down the cover. Additionally, the cover is machine washable.
