The luxury mattress ComfortCarAir offers you a verifiably high pressure relief due to the visco foam structure. It was developed especially for motor homes, caravans, caravans, boats and trucks. The mattress is manufactured with a visco component of 1/3 of the total height. With a mattress height of 10 cm the visco portion is 4 cm high.

Note: Combi-cores do not require extra zone cuts

Visco foam was originally developed by NASA for the US space program. It reacts to your individual body shape, weight and temperature and adapts perfectly to your body. This means your spine is completely straight, whether you sleep on your stomach, back or side. In contrast to multi-zone mattresses, where you should lie in the right place with the right body part, Visco foam mattresses always sink in just right. This significantly reduces neck, neck and back pain

Cutting:

If your mattress needs to be cut to size, you can choose 2 extra charge options: Square (for max. 2 squares) or curves/slopes/corner cut-outs. For the cutting we need a drawing, which you can send us by e-mail, fax or letter. If you have the opportunity to come by, we will also be happy to measure your mattress for you.

The cover Air Condition Plus was developed especially for caravans, motor homes or boats. The cover fabric Cool And Dry is used for the lying surface. For the other surfaces the cover fabric Smart Color is used. Smart Color is a functional fiber fabric especially for heat dissipation and moisture regulation on seat and reclining cushions. This allows moisture to dry off quickly and counteracts the formation of mold in the motor home or caravan.

Optionally the bearing surface can be replaced also by Teflon Silk, speak with us.

If you have a moisture problem, the use of a DryWeave carpet pad could solve your problem. This special 3D-fibre will then provide sufficient ventilation under your mattresses or cushions.
