Do you also know the problem that you would like to wash the upholstery of your caravan after several years of use, but the upholstery covers are stapled to the upholstery and/or do not have a zipper? Or you have bought your caravan used and you would like to partially renew the upholstery and covers?

The fabric

You can choose freely from all our cover fabrics. You can find them here. If you cannot find what you are looking for there, you can choose a cover in cooperation with the Höpke company at www.hoepke.de. We will then order the fabric for you and sew a matching cover.

As a last alternative we can also offer you to send us the desired fabric or bring it with your upholstery and we will manufacture your cover from it. However, this should also be an upholstery fabric that meets the necessary requirements for abrasion and light fastness.

The upholstery

To sew the covers, you will have to bring or send us the upholstery or the old covers. We will then sew the perfectly fitting covers. The zipper is then always on the lower back side. If we also make the foam for you, it is only necessary to have the upholstery with us if it is a difficult shape.

The foam

The hardness of the foam depends on whether you just want to sit on it or sleep on it as well. We have already cut up the ComfortCarAir mattress as a cushion for one of our customers, which then became a "reversible cushion" so to speak: the visco-foam side for sleeping, the cold foam side for sitting.

Bed frame and wardrobe

The old covers are also removed from the old boards. Then a 2 cm thick foam is applied to the board. Then the matching cover is sewn to it. Here it is important to indicate the desired fabric direction. In the case of bed borders, the zipper is at the bottom of the longitudinal seams so that it is covered by the mattress. On the wall, the border was attached with Velcro, which was sewn onto the cover. This way the border is removable and washable at any time. As a further positive effect, you cannot hurt yourself on any screw.

This depends of course on the chosen cover and how many pieces you want to have covered. For an exact price, we need exact measurements, quantity and the chosen fabric type.
