Biona produces allergy bedding (encasings for pillows, blankets, mattresses, sleeping bags and covers).

Encasing is the technical term for special comforter covers that are pulled over the mattress, pillow and comforter. Allergic comforter covers are intermediate covers made of coated (allergen) or microfiber (AllergEvo), which are impermeable to house dust mites and their excrements, thus preventing the patient from coming into contact with the allergenic components.

The intermediate covers belong UNDER your normal bed linen! Covers do NOT replace your everyday covers!

AllergEvo feels like cotton and Allergen feels like silk and is also waterproof.

In our online store we can offer you besides our mite-proof bed linen also accessories (sprays against mites, etc.) and pillows for animals with allergies, because even animals can have a house stick mite allergy!
