Packing and shipping costs

Ordered goods will be delivered by DHL directly to your home. 

Delivery within Germany:

You pay a flat shipping fee (including transport insurance) of

• 6.90 € up to 21.00 € value of goods
• 8.90 € up to 199.99 € value of goods
• 13.90 € up to 449.99 € value of goods
• 17.90 € up to 599.99 € value of goods
• 30.90 € up to 799.99 € value of goods
• 36.90 € from 800.00 € value of goods

Exceptions can be special orders. Shipping in a used box is €1 cheaper in each case.

When using a parcel label created by Biona GmbH, the return costs will be offset against the inbound costs. Return shipments of parcels outside Germany must be sent back by yourself.

Delivery to Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

Shipping costs (incl. transport insurance and excl. VAT) of

- 29.41 € up to 300.00 € value of goods

- 57.98 € up to 599.99 € value of goods

- 86.56 € from 600.00 € value of goods

Delivery to EU foreign countries:

Shipping costs flat rate (incl. transport insurance) from

- 16.72 € up to 100.00 € value of goods

- 19.24 € to 249.99 € value of goods

- 33.45 € to 599.99 € value of goods

- 49.50 € from 600.00 € value of goods

For deliveries outside of Germany, additional costs may be incurred for import into a third country (customs duties, possible customs fees and import sales taxes). These other costs have to be paid by the customer.

Delivery to EU countries outside Germany/Switzerland/Liechtenstein: Shipping costs increase to the current DHL charges for this country in the weight class.  

Payment

The payment of the goods is optional:

• by prepayment

For transfers from abroad ALL bank charges are at the expense of the customer. The dispatch takes place only after complete receipt of payment.

• by Klarna: Mollie (instant bank transfer)
• via PayPal Checkout

via PAYPAL you can either pay with your PayPal account, direct debit or your credit card.

via Ratepay (installment payment)

• by invoice
