Tips for dust mite allergy sufferers:

• Fluff your pillows and duvets frequently and outdoors. This ensures fewer allergens can be released into the room air
• Wash your pillow when your allergic reaction gets worse again. This is going to be necessary about every 3 – 4 months.
• When possible, use a dryer after washing the pillow
